UCLA losing was a bad deal for us because now we have to play Arizona. They are very good -- maybe better than K-State. They play an attacking defense with maybe the best DB in the country in McAlister. Two fine QBs and a quick back, but they gave up a lot of points to Arizona State and UCLA. And they thought they were going to the Rose Bowl, so they may be be down.

The big thing is that we can hope they are another soft Pac-10 team. All things considered, a tough draw for a minor bowl. I would have rather played Drake. Evans is practicing and they say he might play, but I am tired of talking about him. We are in desparate need of a tailback recruit, and they say Onterrio Smith from California is looking at us strongly.
