Spring practice No. 4
The Huskers’ fourth practice of spring 2019 was the first with any sort of media access. Reporters observed the first half-hour of Monday’s session, and they got comments afterward from head coach Scott Frost, assistant coaches on offense, and selected players.
Frost said the energy level was down somewhat from last week, perhaps due to the clock change over the weekend.
Freshman back Wan’Dale Robinson only observed, and Frost said it was a precaution because of a minor hamstring strain. Running back Maurice Washington was not present, having traveled to California because of his legal case there. Frost said he is expected back tonight.
