Frost on leadership & culture

Nebraska head football coach Frost was the keynote speaker for the 2019 Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders conference hosted by U.S. Strategic Command. Frost’s address provides insights into his leadership philosophy and his approach to improving the culture of Nebraska football. The audience included 320 military and Department of Defense civilians from across Offutt Air Force Base. The theme of the conference was “Innovate & Inspire: Be the Change You Seek.”
