Nebraska Theme License Plates - 5TITLES Nebraska

I get quite a few people asking about the plates. I used to explain, now I just tell them to think about it a little bit. They usually get it. I paraded around Columbia, MO will these plates a few times and got some very dirty looks from people. I just smiled.
