Spoke w Beckman; CONFIRMED Lunt will go thru team warmups b4 decision is made. He's mobile, but weight bearing is concern. @BigTenNetwork

Per an Illinois sideline source QB Wes Lunt is definitely out. Injury happened midweek I'm told. #Huskers

Illinois QB Wes Lunt is suited up, at least, and taking snaps from starting C. But O'Toole is, too.

Wes Lunt RT @RebeccaHaarlow: He IS warming up, but I'm told leg injury did not heal as quickly. GAME TIME decision. pic.twitter.com/Gn8MMQUMg1

So it sounds like we'll know Lunt's status just before kickoff. If he can't go, O'Toole is fairly experienced. Started two games in 2012.

Source tells me that Wes Lunt is out vs. Nebraska tonight and that Reilly O'Toole will be starting at QB for the #Illini. Still unclear why.

Barring a change in the final hours, expect Reilly O'Toole to start for #Illini tonight vs. Nebraska. Hearing it's not a done deal though

Multiple sources very close to the Illinois program are telling me that Reilly O'Toole is starting at QB for the #Illini against Nebraska.

Hearing Lunt is a little banged up, and they don't want to risk further injury tonight. Would rather have him 100% healthy for next week

O'Toole brings a different element to #Illini attack. More mobile than Lunt. Will definitely force last minute adjustments from NEB defense

No Lunt could make what was already shaping up to be a long night for the #Illini into an interminable one.
