NEBRASKA WILL PLAY NEGRO Lincoln, Neb. -- The controversy with Kansas University over the playing of Clinton Ross, the Nebraska Negro guard, in the Nebraska-Kansas football game, November 15, is closed so far as Nebraska University is concerned. On November 4 a special meeting of the athletic board was held, at which a resolution was passed permitting Ross to play.
