The national champion Nebraska volleyball team got a rousing welcome Sunday at the Bob Devaney Sports Center.
Thousands of fans gathered to greet the Huskers upon their return from Kansas City and to celebrate Nebraska’s 3-1 victory over Florida in Saturday night’s NCAA tournament final. The fifth-seeded Huskers beat the tournament’s No. 1, No. 2 and No. 4 seeds on their way to the program’s fifth national championship and second in three years.
