Husker shrines
Another great day for a walk! Huskers unite! on Twitpic

Clay Anderson, a NASA mission specialist, couldn't take a full-fledged Husker shrine aboard the space shuttle Discovery, so a Husker ballcap and a red N for his spacesuit sleeve had to suffice. At 200-plus miles above Earth, his salute to the Cornhuskers will be hard to top, at least altitude-wise. Click on a photo below to go to a NASA page where a higher-resolution version is available. Or you can view the entire gallery from the current 13-day mission, which began April 5. (There's at least one more shot similar to the one below.)
