My name is Marlin Schroeder and it all started several years ago building smokers and grills for customers in my welding and machine shop. I would also build smokers for myself and smoke different kinds of food making up my own rubs and seasonings. My friends and I would get together and have a lot of BBQ parties. After awhile people would hire me to cook for family gatherings and other events. Then it became a part time job. Now I do it full time with a great staff.

We have a full service restaurant in Shelton, Nebraska and do catering all over the state for 10 up to a thousand or more.
